About Us
Hi, I’m Brooke Fleming
Empathetic. Respectful. Ethical.
I am so glad you are here. Thank you for stopping by.
I believe that we are all looking for a sense of acceptance and belonging in this world. Usually, that belonging needs to start with ourselves!
I find it an honor to work with others during some of their darkest moments in life. I have a passion for working with couples and women who are experiencing or have experienced difficulty in becoming parents, including those who have experienced infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, and perinatal/postpartum depression and anxiety. I strive to work with others to balance each person’s emotions, experiences, and expectations to find collaborative solutions that work for multiple parties.
Further, I have interest and experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, grief and loss, perfectionism, communication difficulties, unrealistic expectations, relationship challenges, and medical challenges. Much of this is focused on missed connection with oneself and others. Self-compassion is paramount. I have great interest in spirituality and provide Christian counseling to those that desire using their faith in therapy.
I appreciate working with others from a place of humor, compassion, healthy boundaries, and self-care while fostering emotional awareness and personal growth. It is encouraging to see others draw on their experiences, opinions, and desire to generate change they are looking for to become the best version of themselves. I firmly believe that living a life that is authentic to one’s values and beliefs is essential to creating balance and peace. I strive to support others in finding applicable skills, including a variety of mindfulness-based skills, to incorporate into their lives to increase their ability to cope with unpleasant and uncomfortable emotions.
With that, I am so grateful you stopped by today.

Hopeful. Compassionate. Encouraging.
Hi, I’m Ali. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I spent many years living around the country as a military spouse before settling in Minnesota with my husband and our three boys.
The experiences and challenges I’ve encountered throughout different seasons of life have shaped the way I connect with others. Navigating change, uncertainty, and personal hardships has deepened my appreciation for the strength it takes to keep moving forward during difficult times. These experiences have taught me the value of empathy, resilience, and creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and understood as they work through their own challenges. I am passionate about building genuine connections and creating a supportive environment where people feel acknowledged and confident in their ability to succeed.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, adolescents, women and families navigate life’s obstacles with confidence, resilience and hope. I specialize in treating anxiety, school-related anxiety, life transitions, anger, ADHD, perfectionism, OCD, grief and loss, stress management, chronic illness adjustment, and perinatal health concerns. Whether you are experiencing overwhelming worry, coping with a significant life change, managing the emotional impact of a medical condition, or navigating the complexities of pregnancy and parenthood, I strive to provide practical tools and personalized support to help you move forward.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic but grounded in a whole-person perspective. I view wellness through an integrative lens that considers the interaction of mind, body, spirit, faith, medical health, and environmental/social influences, recognizing that each plays a vital role in emotional well-being and personal growth.
I use multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and trauma-informed co-regulation. These approaches help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and building resilience. Together, we can work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create a path toward lasting growth and healing.
I believe that healing happens through connection, courage, and the willingness to take small steps toward change. My goal is to help clients develop confidence in their ability to face challenges, strengthen their coping skills, and create a life that aligns with their values and goals.
Reaching out for support is one of the bravest steps a person can take. I am privileged to partner with my clients as they develop resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
